Accessibility
The Cape Cod Community College Tilden Arts Center:
is wheelchair accessible. However, advanced purchase of tickets is strongly recommended to ensure accessible seating.

Patrons with mobility impairments may be dropped off directly in front of the side theatre entrance; parking is available for vehicles displaying a valid, state issued, parking placard to the right of the Tilden Arts Center.

To avoid disappointment, and long lines at the box office on the day of the show, we recommend that you purchase tickets in advance.

All seating is Reserved at the Tilden Arts Center.

Everyone, regardless of age, is required to have a valid ticket to enter the theatre. Due to fire regulations all viewers must hold a ticket for the seat occupied. No lap-sitting permitted.

Coppelia ticket sales are final; all tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Group and student group discounts are available by calling the office.

Please be prepared to pay by Visa or MasterCard at order time. Tickets can not be reserved and held unpaid for pickup at the box office.

The Coppelia Box Office at CCCC is open two hours prior to every performance.  Tickets may be purchased at this time if shows are not sold out. To avoid disappointment and long lines at the box office, please order tickets in advance. If you must purchase at the door, please be courteous and arrive early.

Other Policies:

Animals
Animals (pets), with the exception of service animals, are not permitted in the Cape Cod Community College Tilden Arts Center. Service animals as defined by the ADA, are animals, including seeing-eye, signal or other guide dogs, professionally trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability.

Food, Drink and Smoking
Food and drinks are not allowed in the theatre. A concession stand will be open during intermission. All refreshments must be consumed in the lobby before re-entering the auditorium. Smoking is strictly prohibited on Cape Cod Community College property.

Inclement Weather
Please note: ALL tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Coastal Dance Company is not likely to postpone or cancel the performance due to inclement weather. In the rare event that a decision is made to either postpone or cancel a show, information will be posted on our website as well as on our ticket line at 855-222-2849.

Late Seating
Admitting patrons after the start of the performance can be very disruptive to the performers, as well as to the audience. Latecomers will be admitted to performances only at an appropriate pause designated by the ushers or the house manager. Please allow at least 30 minutes to park, pick up will-call (paid) tickets, and be seated before the performance starts. Those purchasing tickets at the door should plan to arrive no less than 45 minutes in advance.

Lost/Stolen Tickets
If you have misplaced your tickets, or ordered in advance but did not receive your tickets, please contact our ticket line at 855-222-2849 for assistance. Our box office staff keeps detailed records of all ticket transactions. Replacement tickets can be issued day of the performance at the box office. Please arrive with a photo ID, and email confirmation if ordered online, at least one hour prior to the performance.

Photography, Video, Audio Recording and Cell Phones
The use of audio/video recording devices and cameras of any type,(including cell phones or iPads), is strictly prohibited during the performances. Cell phones are distracting to other audience members; please silence and do not use communication devices in the auditorium. We reserve the right to confiscate cameras or other devices.
